People are reminded to ensure their medicine cabinets are stocked up and their repeat prescriptions ordered in time for the Christmas and New Year holiday.

Over the festive period most pharmacists and GP surgeries will be closed so people are advised to plan ahead and order their repeat prescription at leave five days before.
