Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership evaluation

Help us to evaluate OMHP with Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Oxfordshire County Council

Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership evaluation

The Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership (OMHP) commenced in October 2015 and the contract was awarded for five years with a two-year possible extension. OMHP has decided to conduct a review of its services in partnership with the Clinical Commissioning Group and Oxfordshire County Council who fund our services.

We are proud of our partnership and want to understand our effectiveness and impact of working together. We want to know how we can continue to meet the needs of people who use our services and to adapt for future priorities.

This review is relevant to all people who come into contact with mental health services. Whether you are a person who uses services, a family member, friend or carer or a member of staff.
