We are delighted that Pat Armstrong, who has been a long standing loyal supporter of mental health services is being presented with an award at Oxford Town Hall today for the work she does with the mental health voluntary sector. We know that Pat hopes that this will raise awareness of mental health issues and help to break the stigma and silence sometimes associated with this illness.
