OBMH, like all other NHS organisations, has a duty to constantly seek to innovate in order to improve quality in care and to ensure we always strive to get best value for the money we spend. We continually aim to improve our services and the experiences of our patients and their carers.

To support the Quality and Productivity work that OBMH are undertaking, a new website has been developed as a way of sharing best practices but also as a communication tool for all to contribute their ideas of quality improvement, innovation and productivity in the Trust.
