Researchers at Oxford Health are trying to understand patient and clinician experiences with telephone and video appointments in mental health care during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Telephone and video appointments – we want to hear your experience

We are inviting patients and carers to share their experiences by completing a survey. It takes around 10 minutes and will be invaluable in providing the best possible mental health care in the future. By understanding patient and carer experiences, we aim to improve telephone and video appointments, including how these types of appointment can be offered most safely and effectively

Participants taking the surveys will not be asked to give any personally identifiable information about themselves or the person they care for.

Service user survey
Please complete this survey if you are aged 18 years or over and currently see Oxford Health for your mental health care. If you are under 16 please ask your parent/carer to complete it with you or on your behalf by linking to the carer survey

Carer survey
Please complete the carer survey if you care for someone currently under Oxford Health for their mental health care (including parents or guardians)

Please complete the survey only once. You can still complete the survey even if you have not had a telephone or video appointment – you will be able to tell us why you haven’t and your preferences regarding these types of appointment.
