Are you interested in helping us to agree how we share information around the new mental health care pathways?

 We would really like to hear your views on how information about the new mental health care clusters and packages being developed within Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust can be best shared with service users and carers

 We are holding a workshop and would value your thoughts on: 

• What would be the most effective way to share information and how might we do this?
• When to share information with service users and carers?
• How we can provide information that supports the care planning process?

 5.30-7.30: Tuesday 31^st January 2012: The Organic Deli Café, Oxford

5.30-7.30: Tuesday 7^th February 2012: Chapter House, Princes Risborough

 Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. An attendance rate and travel expenses will be paid to all service users and carers and a buffet supper will be included.
