OHI aim to support the creation, development and embedding of local QI hubs that are directorate led that seek to increase capacity and capability of the workforce to utilise QI methodology in everyday working practice.

What is a QI Hub?

The directorate-based QI Hubs are formed from a group of directorate-based colleagues from a defined group of Trust services (geographical/speciality) brought together to focus on Quality Improvement activity within the directorate.

The aim of the Hubs are to increase the capacity and capability of colleagues to understand and be confident to undertake QI activity and lead on Quality Improvement projects in order to enhance and develop Trust services to be Outstanding.
