We are aware that the current Coronavirus situation is affecting how our services run and wanted to reach out and offer some reassurance. Although the majority of services have stopped face-to-face support they are still offering their services over the phone and digitally.

The Safe Havens in Oxford and Banbury are still operating and are providing confidential support face to face or over the phone to anyone who is struggling to cope in the evenings and weekend.  If you are in crisis please call before to book a space. Call 01295 270004 (Banbury) or 01865 903 037 (Oxford).

A new mental health helpline for all ages has also been setup, with support from the Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership, to help relieve the pressure on 111. You can call 01865 904 997 (adults) or 01865 904 998 (children and young people) to find out when and where to get help and to access support from mental health professionals, 24 hours a day. During office hours, if you already use mental health services should contact services directly using the numbers in your care plan.

Any organisations you are receiving services from should have contacted you about how they plan to continue to support you. You can also check the individual organisations websites for below for further updates.
