Supporting Oxford Health to provide safe, better quality care to its patients and improve the working lives of its staff.
The Oxford Healthcare Improvement (OHI) centre supports Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust to provide safe, better quality care to its patients and improve the working lives of its staff.
Our aim is to improve patient safety and quality for people in hospital, in their communities and homes, through a programme of quality improvement, research, training and collaboration.
Our team members come from a range of backgrounds to ensure that practice based problems are viewed through different lenses and improvement projects are approached in a systematic manner with clear evaluation.
The team includes clinicians, non-clinicians, researchers & analysts. OHI is working to develop the capability and capacity for quality improvement in a range of programmes including the Improvement Scholars programme and the Leadership Development.
