If you become worried about your mental health, please contact your GP. Alternatively, you can call the Samaritans on 116 123 or for non-urgent medical advice you can call NHS 111 or look them up online at www.111.nhs.uk
If you are experiencing a crisis in the evenings or weekend then you may wish to contact Oxfordshire mental health crisis services at www.oxfordhealth.nhs.uk/omhp/services/crisis-intervention/

Text “SHOUT” to 85258 to contact the Shout Crisis Text Line, or text “YM” if you’re under 19.
If you’re under 19, you can also call 0800 1111 to talk to Childline. The number will not appear on your phone bill.
