Survey of adult mental health services

We are currently seeking the views of anyone that has accessed adult mental health services in Oxfordshire.

The survey asks you to tell us about your experiences of mental health services you have accessed in Oxfordshire, and how you feel and think about them.

This forms part of a system-wide programme to make a better mental health care system for adults in Oxfordshire. It is a joint initiative of:

  • Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West (BOB) Integrated Care System
  • Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust
  • Oxfordshire County Council
