The Listening Centre

A relationship support service. Including relationship counselling for individuals and couples, family counselling, mediation, children and young people’s counselling and sex therapy. It provides friendly and informal workshops for people at important stages in their relationships.

Cruse Bereavement Care
One-to-One sessions with a Bereavement Support face-to-face or by telephone. Friendship groups also offered. These are social groups are designed for those people who have moved on a stage in their grieving and would like to be in the company of others who understand their situation.

Oxford Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre
An organisation committed to supporting survivors of sexual abuse, rape, domestic abuse, and harassment. They offer a free and confidential service to women and girls who are dealing with the effects of sexual violence, and to anyone who is supporting them.

Oxford Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (OxCADAT)
A specialist Oxford University based service aims to improve the understanding and treatment of anxiety disorders. They currently focus on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Social Anxiety Disorder (Social Phobia).
Reducing the risk
This service is dedicated to the safety of adults and children at risk of domestic abuse. The charity develops and delivers services for those affected by domestic abuse in Oxfordshire and provides training across the UK. Their Domestic Abuse Helpline provides support and practical information for adults affected by domestic abuse. The helpline can help with enquiries and provide access to support services.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM)
This is leading a movement against male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. They run a free and confidential helpline and webchat – 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about life’s problems. They also support those bereaved by suicide, through the Support After Suicide Partnership (SASP).
