Who will know about my health information?

Details about your health meetings are kept securely on your electronic health record.  When we meet, we will discuss confidentiality with you and agree who you are happy to share your health information with.

If we believe you are at serious risk of harm or in danger, we may need to pass on information, where possible we will tell you first.
