Posts advertised here are an opportunity to join a committed, progressive team who work in a challenging and motivating environment. Oxfordshire Podiatry services offer care to an increasingly interesting caseload with the emphasis of work focused on the care of the At Risk foot and nail surgery.
Staff are supported with appraisal (PDP) and KSF review, monthly dedicated CPD time and rotation onto internal hospital based training, plus access to a training budget for further education.

Sessional Contracts
Sessional staff are paid by an hourly rate which is inflated to reimburse for sickness and annual leave entitlements.
Working as a sessional staff member provides flexibility to be able to meet other personal commitments or to become familiar with the Podiatry Service. Because of a need to cover temporary vacancies, it is not uncommon that sessional staff continue working on this basis for long term periods.
