If you need urgent support for your mental health, but it is not life-threatening, contact the NHS on 111 and select option 2. This is a helpline available 24/7 for urgent mental health support.
People can call this number if they have concerns about their own mental health or someone they know 111 will tell you the right place to get help.
You may be able to speak to a trained mental health professional over the phone.
