Patient Advice and Liaison Service

We hope that your contact with our staff and services is positive.  However, we know that occasionally things might not be to the standard we expect but if that does happen we are here to support you to make things right.

We have a Patient Advice and Liaison Service team based at The Whiteleaf Centre, so you are welcome to call at our office if you have concerns about the care you or your loved one is receiving.

We also welcome positive feedback so we can pass this onto the relevant team, and also so others can learn about what is going well.
