Community Type 2 Diabetes Service

Our education courses are designed for people with Type 2 diabetes who are over the age of 18.

We can give you the confidence and knowledge to help you manage your condition, control your diabetes and improve your quality of life.

You can take part in one of our free education programmes by emailing diabetes.education@nhs.net, or by calling 01869 604091 any weekday between 8.30am and 4.30pm. Click on the ‘Our courses’ tab to find out more about our free programmes.

  • Prescribed app

This is a prescribed app. It should only be used alongside a face to face intervention provided by a mental health worker. Check with your local service to see if they subscribe to the app.
