NIHR Thames Valley Health Research Awards shortlist announced

The NIHR Clinical Research Network (NIHR CRN) supports a range of awards to recognise and reward the inspirational work that is taking place across the NHS, public health and social care to make clinical research a core activity.

NIHR Thames Valley Health Research Awards shortlist announced

The NIHR CRN jointly hosts these awards with a range of institutions such as the Royal Colleges, charities and journals.

Three colleagues from Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust have been shortlisted for the Outstanding member of support staff award at this year’s Thames Valley Health Research Awards, which marks the achievements of staff who support the work of the NIHR Clinical Research Network Thames Valley and South Midlands

Alison Newton

Outstanding Allied Health Professional (including Clinical Research Practitioners)

Iona Jewitt-Sharpe, Clinical Research Practitioner

The nominees have all been invited to attend the awards ceremony event at the Old Town Hall, High Wycombe on Wednesday 20 September. The event will include an introduction by the presenters, nominations will be read out and winners and highly commended announced.
