Criteria

  • The child or young person must have a nursing need or requirement e.g. requiring feeding support, respiratory support, etc.
  • The child or young person must be registered with an Oxfordshire GP.

Who can make a referral?

A referral can be sent by any of the professionals listed below:

  • ED: Emergency Department
  • GP: General Practioner
  • CDU: Clinical Decision Unit
  • The Paediatric Teams working across the JR Hospital and the Horton General Hospital
