Are you an NHS shift worker experiencing difficulties with your sleep?

You could take part in a study which is testing a new behavioural intervention to improve sleep in shift workers.

The study will involve:

  • Six one-hour online sleep improvement programme with a trained facilitator.

Before and after the intervention:

  • Complete questionnaire assessments (30 to 45 minutes)

  • Wear an activity watch and keeping a sleep diary for 14 days

  • Use an under-mattress sensor throughout the study.
