The Trust is planning to build a brand new adult and older adult inpatient mental health hospital in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

As part of the development, the Trust is proposing to apply for outline planning permission for a residential development on land at the Manor House site, which will be surplus to Trust requirements once the new hospital is built.
