Oxford Health is inviting patients, carers, members of our local communities and partner organisations to take part in a short survey that will help shape our plans for the next five years.

The government has published its 10 Year Health Plan. It focuses on three key shifts: from hospital to community, from analogue to digital and from sickness to prevention. With the publication of the 10 Year Health Plan, and our current Trust strategy coming to an end, it’s the right time to pause, take stock, and ask ourselves what we need to improve and change.
