Oxford Health’s 2025 AGM

This year’s Annual Members and Annual General Meeting, held in Aylesbury at the Gateway Centre, brought together stakeholders, and colleagues from across the Trust.

The annual event is an opportunity to look back on another year and take stock of the challenges and success the previous twelve months held, and to look to the next year.

In addition to presenting the Trust’s annual report and accounts, several key topics were covered.

There were presentations on how we are improving the link between Community Mental Health Teams and Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment teams to better coordinate access to urgent mental health services in Buckinghamshire.

Speakers also discussed how we are working to reduce the need for hospital admissions by treating more people at home through the Children’s Hospital at Home initiative and coordination between Community Urgent Care, Oxford University Hospitals Trust and South Central Ambulance Service.  This work is being supported by joint working and the use of technology.

Further presentations included an update from the Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies service, including how Limbic AI is helping to manage access to mental health support, as well as the role of our elected Governors.

Before the main meeting began visitors had the chance to look at a range of stalls set up by different Oxford Health services and partner organisations.
