Where we work

We are based at Warneford Hospital in Oxford.

Assessments usually take place at Green Tree Lodge on this site, an alternative venue for appointments can be the older adults outpatient building also.

We can offer appointments at other locations across the county on a case by case basis dependant on availability.

Our service is open to adults registered with a GP in Oxfordshire.
