Assessment

Assessment process

If you are offered an assessment, you will be encouraged to complete a series of questionnaires about the difficulties you are experiencing.

These questionnaires help us understand your clinical needs and determine the most appropriate type of support or treatment.

If ACED treatment is not appropriate

If, after assessment, we feel that ACED’s treatment pathways are not the best option for you, we will signpost you to other sources of support, where available.

If treatment is offered

If you are offered a treatment package through our service, this will be discussed and agreed with you following your assessment.

You may also be invited to a pathway review to ensure that you are happy with your treatment plan.
