What to expect

After we receive your referral

Once we receive a referral from your GP or another healthcare professional (such as CAMHS or Talking Therapies), it will be reviewed (triaged) by a senior member of our team.

• If the referral is suitable, we will contact you with a date and time for your specialist assessment.
• If the referral is not suitable, we will inform your referrer. We will provide advice on alternative services that may be more appropriate or let them know if we need further information.
