Information sessions
Do you work with people in Bucks the community, and want to know about mental health support on offer, and how to signpost people?
Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies (formerly known as Healthy Minds) would like to invite you to attend one of our service Information Sessions.
With many people feeling the pressures due to the rise in the cost of living, as well as an array of other issues impacting their social, mental and physical wellbeing, now more than ever is the time to explore what services are available to support and manage low level mental health needs, like anxiety and depression.
We are hosting a free one-hour information session delivered by two of our senior clinicians, Josef Landsberg, Deputy Clinical Lead and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Martyn Bradshaw, also a Senior Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.
This session is targeted at all professionals that may come across someone they work with or know who may be requiring support to manage their mental health needs like anxiety and depression. Our informative introduction to the primary care service will explain what services and support is on offer to our patients, how it operates, what to expect and how to refer with a chance to ask any questions.
Our sessions will be running at the indicated dates and times below, with future dates to follow soon. This will be a great opportunity to invite your colleagues and teams to explore how you can better support people you work with in the community, with a developed understanding of how our free NHS Talking Therapies service works.
We hope to see you there.
