Referrals

This is a referral-only service. Patients must be referred by their General Dental Practitioner or another registered healthcare professional to access our care.

If you are having difficulty finding a dentist you can use Find a dentist on the NHS website.

Healthcare professional referrals

Referrals to our service can be made in the following ways:

• General Dental Practitioners (GDPs): Submit referrals via REGO.
• Other healthcare professionals: Please email the community dental team who will advise you on the referral process.
