General support

Sometimes you may feel you would benefit from a chat with someone else with “just gets it” and has a shared lived experience of mental health.

Peer Support Workers will support you in a person-centred, non-judgemental way. We’re not here to judge your background or experience.

Practical Support

Peer Support Workers are able to help with practical things when you need that little extra support.

This could include:

  • Help filling out and submitting forms
  • Signposting to other help
  • Support with your GP appointments
  • Helping you build your confidence
  • Getting to and from appointments and groups
  • Support searching for grants
