What groups and workshops are available to patients from the KMHT at the Keystone Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub?

These are one-off wellbeing workshops, which are tailored to areas of physical and emotional wellbeing and developing skills to improve your mental health.

These will be delivered by members of the team, both in person and online. You are able to access one or all of these.

Available workshops include:

A workshop focusing on how you can improve your sleep.

If you are struggling with insomnia, nightmares, difficulty falling asleep, difficulty waking up or sleep hygiene this could support you with self-help methods to improve your sleep.

Making positive changes

We can look into goal setting using SMART goals and how these changes can be achieved.

Maintaining the goals can be challenging and this workshop will explore how best these changes can be implemented and maintained.

Understanding your thoughts

A workshop to focus on CBT techniques to understand your thoughts and negative thought cycles.

The workshop will put into practice; CBT, reframing negative thoughts, reframing negative self-beliefs and managing difficult behaviours.

Ways to wellbeing & mindfulness:

This workshop focusses on ways of improving wellbeing.

It will focus on:

  • What is wellbeing
  • 5 ways to improving wellbeing
  • Mindfulness and putting this into practice.

It is also useful to help an individual be able to notice when they may need to increase their wellbeing during difficult times in their lives.

Currently to access the workshops individuals must be under the care of the PCMHT.
