Simplification Keep a thinking page Put random thoughts on a paper or digital page you can call your Thinking Page, signalling to your brain that these need to be addressed. Keep it close Keep this page close to you—if it’s paper, keep it in your pocket or purse. If digital, make sure you can easily find it like phone notes or Google docs. Schedule thinking time Schedule a 30 minute or 1 hour long ‘thinking time’ during your day or just once a week to actively reflect on these thoughts by reviewing that page.
