Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is holding an open event on 27^th October at Thame Barns Centre, Thame. Drop in to visit us between 6pm and 8pm to find out more about the local services we provide across Buckinghamshire.

There will be information stands and presentations about the benefits of how good physical health can help promote good mental health, the role and function of a community mental health team, how we work with our patients to find suitable accomodation when they are discharged from hospital and many other specialist areas of interest. We are also delighted that we will have our colleagues from Buckinghamshire County Council with us raising awareness around their current Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Campaign.
