As the next step in the Trust’s journey towards becoming a Foundation Trust, the elected Governors have been announced.
The Governors will form the Members’ Council and the Trust will be accountable to the Members’ Council once we are licensed. The Trust hopes to be licensed in March, and will be the first NHS Trust in Oxfordshire or Buckinghamshire to achieve Foundation status.
Julie Waldron, Chief Executive said “The Trust is pleased to announce the Governors who have been elected to represent our Foundation Trust Members and we look forward to working with the Members’ Council in the future. This announcement marks an exciting move forward in the way the Trust will engage and involve people in developing responsive services which meet the needs of our local communities.”

The Trust would like their Membership to be as representative as possible and are still hoping for more people to join the Foundation Trust, especially those who have experience of using Trust services or who care for people who use our services.
Being a member costs nothing, and enables you to contribute to plans for new services and developments of sites where the Trust operates from, or simply to learn more about what the Trust does.
