Advice in place

If you think your resident may be experiencing difficulties with their eating and drinking, firstly check whether they are already known to our service and if there are any recommendations in place, ensure these are being followed.

Please ensure that you discuss your concerns with other members of staff to see if they have noticed the same difficulties or have anything else to add. Where possible speak to the resident themselves regarding the difficulties seen.
