Referral criteria

We provide care and support to people who are:

• Aged 14-35 years
• Registered with a GP in Buckinghamshire

And are experiencing some of the following:

• Feeling disconnected and preferring to be alone
• Feeling that people or places seem strange or unfamiliar
• Confused or muddled thinking
• Troubled by unusual ideas or thoughts
• Seeing, hearing, or experiencing things others do not
• Struggling with daily life
• Having these experiences from once a month to every day
• Having a family member with psychosis or schizotypal personality disorder
