Partnerships

A big focus area for the Keystone Mental Health & Wellbeing Hubs, is providing care which is personalised and proactive to the person receiving it. That care is “wrapped round” a person and their whole needs are addressed.

This includes, physical and mental health, social and leisure activities, education and training, employment and housing.

Partnerships have been made with a number of community and voluntary organisations. Click on the links below to see information about patient-activities and resources.

Employment, occupation or training support

Long-term mental health conditions can make it difficult to find a job or to stay in work, and you may need support to access employment, training or voluntary work.

We work with the individual placement and support team and have an employment specialist in Keystone Abingdon who will help you reach your employment goals, they can also help if you want to stay in work and are having difficulty doing that.

Housing and accommodation

We work with Connections Support who can help to equip you with the tools to manage your money, navigate benefits, be independent and avoid homelessness.

Leisure and wellbeing

We know that mental health concerns can make you feel very isolated and can make it difficult to build friendships and take part in social activities.

Our Peer Support Workers alongside our partnership with AGE UK and Mind can help you to access social groups and to gain confidence in social situations.
