Online messaging service
We offer two online messaging services, Parent Line and Chat Health. These services, provided by our School Nurses.
Both provide a secure and confidential text messaging service that connects healthcare professionals with service users. They provide advice, guidance, and signposting to appropriate/useful resources.
Parents of children aged 5-11
ParentLine 5-11 is designed for parents of children aged 5-11 and live in Oxfordshire.

Parents of youngsters aged 11-19
ChatHealth 11-19 is a text service for young people aged 11-19 and their parents/carers living in Oxfordshire.
Messages can be sent at any time and will be responded to the next working day Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
