PALS is here to help — free and confidential.

If you have a concern or problem about your care, the PALS team can listen, give advice, and help sort things out quickly.

They work independently, speaking with staff, managers, or other organisations if needed to find solutions.

They have offices in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. They also support services in Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath, and North East Somerset.
