Care Home Support Service

The Care Home Support Service (CHSS) is a multidisciplinary team which consists of specialist nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and healthcare assistants for both physical and mental health disciplines. A medical consultant and psychologist support the clinical leadership to the team and administrative support is provided by a small team.

The CHSS supports, signposts, educates and advises care home staff to promote a high standard of care for residents in Oxfordshire residential and nursing homes.
