The Oxford Contraception and Sexual Health service is running a training programme which gives nurses a clinical qualification to  practice Contraception & Sexual Health (C&SH) in a clinical setting. The course  follows the format endorsed by the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health Care.

Theory will be e-learning, accessed and completed in your own time with dedicated telephone support, prior to a day of supported learning and assessment (RCN accredited) with experienced trainers. The next assessment day is scheduled for Saturday 8th February 2014.

Clinical placements, organised with a dedicated mentor to facilitate your learning in a variety of clinical settings throughout Oxfordshire, will complete the training.

On completion of the course you will have a certificate which will verify an excellent level of competency.
