Donna Mackenzie, patient experience and involvement co-ordinator, is presenting our next Bucks Health Matters.
Donna will talk about the work of the Children and Families Division at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, in particular on the CAMHS Services, and her work around patient experience and participation including what participation means, what are the benefits and how to achieve it.
Also speaking will be members from the CAMHS Parent and Carer Involvement Network and the Article 12 Council. Article 12 is an involvement group for young people (under 25) who have helped to design inpatient units, produced films about their experiences and taken part in the national pilot for children and young people – improving access to psychological services (CYP IAPT). They will tell us about the projects they are involved in and why participation in service design, development and evaluation is so important.
