Oxford Mental Health Forum is carrying out research to help investigate what information and support is available on mental health for young people locally. The research is being supported by Healthwatch Oxfordshire.
As part of the research, Oxford Mental Health Forum are collecting views and experiences from young people, parents/carers, and those who work with young people, to help find out more about what information and support is available, and whether there are any gaps or barriers, in order to help improve services. Are you able to help by completing a short survey to share your views and experiences?
Are you a young person from Oxfordshire aged 16-25? Go to young person survey
Are you a parent or carer of a young person aged 11-18? Go to parent/carer survey
Do you work with young people aged 11-18? Go to staff survey
For more information about the research, see: www.oxfordmhf.org.uk/research/
The closing date for completing the survey is March 7th.
