Walking With You sessions
Walking With You is a parent led support group for anyone supporting children and young people, up to the age of 25, experiencing mental health difficulties.
The chance to connect with like-minded people who have walked in your shoes.
Autumn 2025
Currently sessions are being held via Microsoft Teams. You can join or leave as any point. Meetings are not recorded. However, we send notes out from the sessions.

Monday 22 September
- Topics: Emotional Avoidance, School Challenges
- Time: 10.00am to 11.30am
- Where: Online via Microsoft Teams
Monday 20 October
- Topic: Autism with a special guest from Autism Early Support (AES)
- Time: 10.00am to 11.30am
- Where: Online via Microsoft Teams
Friday 21 November
- Topic: What is SPA? General information about the Single Point of Access in CAMHS and how they can help; from referrals to advice and more.
- Time: 10.00am to 11.30am
- Where: Online via Microsoft Teams and/or Face to Face
If we have enough interest in holding the meeting as a face to face event, the session would be held at Princes Risborough Golf Club as well as online on Teams for those who can’t join in person. We will confirm to the group in advance if there is enough take up to have a face to face meeting.
