I want to book an appointment

All children are offered vaccination in school. If your child has missed their vaccination or is educated at home please make an appointment in a community clinic.

New clinics are always being added so if you are unable to find one that you are able to attend please look again in a few weeks time.

To book the clinic appointment follow the simple steps below.

• Have the Booking Reference Number This will be on the email confirmation you received when you completed the Consent Form. The email will be from school.immunisations@nhs.net
• Click HERE to book the appointment.

You will need to book an appointment for each vaccination required.
