In Witney and Oxford this weekend people can grab a COVID jab to help themselves stay well.

Grab a jab in Oxfordshire to protect yourself against COVID-19

The vaccine is available at the following locations:

  1. The Witney Town Centre Shop (3, Welch Way) is open to walk-ins (without an appointment) on:
  • Saturday 27 Novemberand Sunday 28 November
  • Who can attend?
  • under-18s first and second doses
  • over-18s first and second doses and boosters.
  • Opening hours 9.30am- 7pm (proof of age might be required).
  1. Kassam Stadium Centre in Oxford
  • Sunday 28 November walk-ins for first and second doses and boosters for all eligible age groups (alongside booked appointments).

Please note, there are no appointments or walk-ins available on Saturday 27 November at Kassam Stadium (only those pre-booked can attend).

Dr Ed Capo-Bianco, Urgent Care Lead at Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group, said: “We really urge anyone who hasn’t been vaccinated, or those who are eligible for a booster jab to come forward now.

“The two walk-in sites in Witney and Oxford are ideal for anyone who might be out doing their Christmas shopping this weekend and want to get a jab or a booster to protect themselves and their family and friends over the festive period.”
