How to make a nomination
If you would like to nominate someone for a BEE award. Please tell us your story!
Write a short description of why you are nominating this person. How have they impacted in your life, what have they done for you, your colleagues or family and what made it so special.
Please provide as much detail as possible and examples of caring and compassionate practice, a positive attitude, good rapport and how they have supported recovery (approx. 300 words as a guide) We welcome nominations from patients, staff, carers and volunteers.
