Experience and involvement strategy

This three-year plan has been developed by patients, services users, carers, governors, local patient organisations and Oxford Health staff.

The work has been led and coordinated by our deputy director of quality and the patient experience and involvement team.

Its aim is to challenge Oxford Health to ensure that patients are at the heart of everything we do by ensuring co-production and joint decision making is embedded as our trust culture.

We want our patients, services users and their families to have the best possible experience and to receive high quality care when they come into contact with our services.

This strategy will challenge and guide our work to co-produce with patients, service users, carers, and staff to ensure everyone’s voices are heard and valued.

This will enable services to deliver outstanding, experiences, safety, and outcomes.
