Healthy Minds launches a new website

A new website for people experiencing low mood, anxiety and stress

Healthy Minds launches a new website

It is now easier for people in Buckinghamshire experiencing low mood, anxiety or stress to refer themselves to free NHS care as Healthy Minds Bucks launches its new website.

Healthy Minds, Buckinghamshire’s NHS service offering help for adults with common mental health problems, is now available.

The site was created with the help of people who have used Healthy Minds to make sure it provides the information they need in the most user friendly way.

The new site makes it easier and quicker for people experiencing low mood, anxiety and stress to find information and refer themselves for an assessment. Healthy Minds can offer psychological help in a variety of ways: online, by telephone, in courses, one-to-one and even virtual reality sessions.

Professionals can also find information on how to make a referral, access additional training, and find resources about specific disorders and treatments.

The redesign has been undertaken with assistance from people who have used Healthy Minds, their family and friends, and healthcare professionals.

Dr John Pimm, Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Lead for Healthy Minds said: “We are excited to launch the new website and to help more people to get easier access to the help they need. The redesign was a collaborative process with people who use Healthy Minds to make sure people find the site useful and informative. I’m very grateful to the people who helped with this project and hope more people will find it easier to access our services thanks to them.”
