As part of the preparation for flu planning, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust have setup a flu information line. The number is 01865 738888.

 The number can be used any time of day and will have a recorded message which will give concise, up to date information about our services for patients, carers and visitors to wards. The message will be updated daily.

In the event of a pandemic, OBMH will encourage people to call the flu information line to receive updates on the running of services. Patients, carers and visitors are encourages to make a note of this number to use prior to visiting Trust sites.

Information about any changes to services will also be available on the OBMH website www.obmh.nhs.uk and the OBMH flu information line is another way that those without access to the web can find out up to date information about services affected by flu.  

OBMH will publicise this number widely to the groups that regularly use our services and our partner organisations to ensure that the number is in the public domain ahead of any services being impacted by flu pressures.

Until such time as services are disrupted, the flu information line will carry a message saying that all our services are open and running as usual.
