COPD learning resources

Education for Health present a number of educational resources on COPD including:

• COPD Exchange  which includes “ten minute tutorials” and two minute refreshers relating specifically to what is COPD and its diagnosis and screening
• An introduction to COPD aims to increase nurses’ confidence and competence and enhance their understanding of this complex disease and
• COPD Level 5. This course is delivered by eLearning and validated by The Open University. The next course and will start on 8 July with optional interactive study days in Winchester on 23 July 2019 and 4 November 2019.
  • HEE Wessex are offering £500 towards places on this course for General Practice Nurses employed by GP’s in Wessex. The remaining monies will need to be paid by delegates when booking a place online. For more information contact Marianne.brown@hee.nhs.uk
